The existing website was outdated, visually unappealing, and difficult to navigate. The checkout process was cumbersome, leading to high cart abandonment rates. Additionally, the website lacked mobile optimization, hindering customer engagement on smartphones and tablets.

  • Easy Checkout: The checkout process was streamlined to minimize steps and reduce cart abandonment. Multiple payment options and delivery/pickup options were integrated.
